Most of the customs and traditions that are being practiced throughout our country are either mixed with our culture or I would say are practiced on the will of the person who has the authority and who doesn’t want to bring the purity our religion has to offer. Nothing has caused the maximum damage to our society but the wrong and ignorant knowledge being spread by the Religious people and religious communities. For example, the same Mullas beating young children in Masjids seems to give lectures on children’s rights when they are in public gatherings. They will be ones offering nikah of child females with 40-year-old males and they are also the ones who try to manipulate the rights our Religion gives to the children that they cannot be married without their wish and choice, and when someone questions their decision, they say, oh in the Era of our Prophet young children were married to elder ones and they have to obey us in this regard, but how can one guarantee the character of a man who belongs to present era where women are oppressed and that how they compare women with Hazrat Fatima and try to force their backwardness only on one who is weak and unable to protect themselves. If you are expecting a lady to be like Fatima then her husband should be the one who is of the character of Ali. Our society expects the young children to be perfect in their prayers and in the teachings of the Quran while they themselves are not creating any role models for them to follow who practice Islam on the basis of their deeds and not by their words. This hypocrisy has labeled Muslims with such titles that all Muslims are terrorists because our society is trying to teach religion by force and not by peace and deeds. It’s the duty of our government that all these types of Religious people who spread negativity in the name of Islam should be locked and stopped from spreading their wrong knowledge and practices that is not Islam but their own wills which they try to enforce upon people. Religious Schools should be made where Religious communities of high character and knowledge should be given authority. Any person who wants to be a leader of Muslim ummah should be checked psychologically and a test should be conducted on all grounds to ensure merit without discrimination and injustice. Those supporting evil propagandas should be put behind the bars and shall be punished in every way possible. To stop our people from religious extremism special education related to religion should be taught from the primary classes and to ensure that religious teachings should be taught the way Allah guides us and not the way the people want them to be.
