I sometimes get so scared of life and how it doesn’t stop for anyone. Whether you chose to move or not, the world keeps spinning round, the clock keeps ticking and your life keeps getting shorter. Life, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, people, family, and even your face! It all changes!
You look at yourself every day in the mirror and you watch yourself grow, change, evolve, and then slowly dissolve. It’s very scary that you cannot do anything, ANYTHING to stop it. It happens. It has to happen. It is happening. Whether you want it or not.
But let’s look at it this way: It’s God’s great gift that He did not make everything stay the same. Thus He gave us phases, He gave us colors. Our colors change as we grow up, as we get young, as we grow old. Every phase has a different color, a different meaning, a different beauty in it. You just have to learn to embrace it. Let go of what’s gone. Immerse yourself in all the colors of now. And hope bright for what’s to come.
